7:00PM: Bus pick up in front of hotel for the Southern Luau
7:30PM - 11:00PM: Southern Luau, Music, Cash Bar & Pin Swap
Friday, April 30th
5:30AM - 9:00AM: Complimentary Cooked-to-Order Breakfast for guests staying at the Embassy Suites
7:00AM - 5:00PM: Car Wash Station open
8:00AM - 11:00AM: Dent Dynamics Paintless Dent Repair - On site dent repair located at the Car Wash Station
8:00AM - 10:00AM: Photo Shoot in Parking lot behind Embassy Suites. IF YOU ARE SIGNED UP TO DO A FRIDAY GUIDED TOUR, PLEASE BE SURE TO LINE UP FOR YOUR PHOTO AT 8:00AM TO ENSURE YOU GET TO YOUR TOUR ON TIME!!!
9:00AM - 5:00PM: Vendor Village open to Attendees
10:00AM - 5:30PM:
11:15AM: Pickup in front of Embassy Suites for those signed up for the Bus Tour
5:30PM - 7:30PM: Open Bar Manager’s Reception and Snacks for guests staying at the Embassy Suites
6:00PM: Bus Pickup in front of Hotel for those signed up for the Dinner Cruise
7:00PM - 10:00PM: Dinner Cruise
7:30PM: Dinner on your own, where you are, if not on the Dinner Cruise
