Is there a list I can put my name on before sending in my forms?
No, we do not have a list of people names for registration to our event. Registrations are based on when the forms come in the mail with payment. We will setup a waiting list if needed after all spots have been filled. Our last event had some cancellations, so being on the waiting list is the best thing to do if you should happen to not get your forms in before all spots are filled. Do not delay in sending your registration forms in, we only have 150 spots and the deadline for registration is February 28th, 2010.
I didn't sign up for the Dinner Cruise and/or the Bus Tour. Can I still do so?
You can still sign up for the Bus Tour, however the Dinner Cruise is now full as of 03/18/10. If you would like to sign up for the Bus Tour, please click ont he link below to find out how.

What do I do if I have changed my personal information (moved, e-mail change, phone change, etc)?
If any of your personal information has changed, please be sure to contact Bunny McElwee at miatamaniac@homesc.com or call her at 843-761-4567. This includes things such as getting a new Miata, changing your e-mail address, moving, etc. All of our records are based on the information that you gave us during registration. This also means that information is what we are using to make your Name Badges, put your information on the website and all other places where your name, state, car year/color and club affiliation may be listed. To ensure that we have the correct information for you, check the Attendee Page for your listing.
What is the required dress for the dinners throughout the event weekend?
For the Dinner Cruise, the dress should be Nice Casual. High heels are not recommended on the boat. The Southern Luau, dress is casual and shorts and t-shirts are permitted. The Saturday Evening Closing Ceremony Dinner the dress should be Nice Casual.
Our club would like to bring a Banner. Will you be able to hang them?
Yes! We would love to help you display your clubs banner in the hotel for everyone to see. They will be tied from the railings overhead, so please be sure there are grommets or loops to tie to. We've also been asked if there is someone that clubs can ship their banners too to display at the event. We'd be happy to take care of that for you if you are unable to carry your banner in your cars. Please be sure to ship them in plenty of time to arrive for the event in a shipping tube and be sure to include a return prepaid shipping label with the banner so that we can send them back to you in the same shipping tube after the event. Another option would be to ship it to us and when you arrive at the event, pick up your original shipping tube and keep it with you until the event is over. Once you take your banner down and pack it back in the tube, there is a FedEx store directly across the street from the hotel. You can ship the banner back just before leaving to head home.
