- 6:00AM: Miata Caravan forms for Patriot's Point Group Photo in Hotel Parking lot
- 6:30AM: Caravan leaves for Patriot’s Point Group Photo Site
- 7:00AM: Caravan arrives at Patriot’s Point Group Photo Site
- 7:00AM - 9:00AM: Formation of Miatas and Group Panoramic Photo Shoot
- 7:00AM - 5:00PM: Car Wash Station open
- 9:00AM - 5:00PM: Vendor Village open to Attendees
- 9:00AM: Miatas head back to Hotel for tours and leisure time
- 9:30AM - 5:30PM:
- 11:15AM: Pickup in front of Embassy Suites for those going on the Bus Tour
- 5:30PM - 7:30PM: Open Bar Manager’s Reception and Snacks for guests staying at the Embassy Suites
- 6:15PM: Bus Pickup in front of Hotel Parking for the Beach Bash Party at the Elks Club
