The Lowcountry Miata Club is pleased to invite ya'll back for our second SouthEast Regional Event here in the charming city of Charleston, SC. We had such a phenomenal time with all of you in 2008 that we immediately started planning for Miatas Doin' the Charleston II. This event is for Miata enthusiasts who wish to venture to our little piece of paradise. Our driving excursions will take attendees throughout our historic areas, deep into our primitive Lowcountry marshes and preserves, and lead to hidden gems throughout the area. You will be able to choose from guided tours led by our very own club members and self-guided tours allowing you to set off on a mapped tour at your leisure. And of course, there will be plenty of time to set off in your own direction in search of our fair city’s hidden sights and sounds.

You’ll experience classic Southern Charm and the beauty of all of Charleston’s Historic houses & forts as well as the history of our surrounding areas such as North Charleston, Moncks Corner, Summerville, Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, James Island, Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island, Johns Island, Beaufort and Georgetown.

So, grab your glass of Iced Tea (sweetened or spiked with a little - or a lot - of FireFly!), sit back and relax as you explore our website and find out what a great event we have planned for you.

The Lowcountry Miata Club looks forward to hosting this event for interested Miata owners everywhere and we are excited to be able to share our area with you all.

Links to pictures from MDC 2008 are now available! Check out the great time everyone had!
